RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
HOW TO RETURN
Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and arrange pickup or drop-off instructions.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery across Egypt takes 3–5 business days depending on your governorate. Free shipping on orders over LE 1,000.
PAYMENT
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay when your order arrives — no upfront payment required.
EXCHANGES
For size exchanges, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Subject to availability. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo. We'll resolve it with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
